The County Commission Office is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the Commission.  For Lee County, these responsibilities primarily consist of the following: 

  • Records Retention (i.e. Commission Meeting Minutes, Bid Documents, Contracts, etc)
  • Purchasing and Accounts Payable
  • Accounting and Finance
  • Payroll and Employee Benefits
  • Human Resources and Safety Management
  • Communications and Technology Support
  • Facilities Management
